DRIVERS

JEROEN BLEEKEMOLEN

Dutch driver Jeroen started his career racing Formula Ford. He graduated to Formula 3 and then made the switch to saloon cars, which led naturally to racing higher-powered GT cars. He competed in the FIA GT Championship in 2001, and since then has enjoyed a successful career racing GT cars all around the world.
He’s also a double Porsche Supercup champion and won races in the A1 Grand Prix series. Jeroen has competed in every Le Mans 24 Hours since 2006, winning.

JEROEN BLEEKEMOLEN

FELIPE FERNANDEZ LASER

Felipe is a German racing driver and instructor, who grew up in Uelzen. He made his VLN debut in 2014, driving a BMW Z4 GT3 and won two races the following year, underlining his credentials as a Nordschleife specialist. Felipe additionally raced at the 2015 Nürburgring 24 Hours and finished in a strong sixth position overall.

MANUEL LAUCK

The experienced German driver has raced GT machinery for much of his career and first competed at the Nürburgring 24 Hours in 2008, when he won his class.
He’s raced in the event every year since, and finished seventh overall in 2010. In 2012 he won his class with the legendary P4/5 Competizione M, owned by Jim Glickenhaus, and has become a mainstay of Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus since. Manuel has also raced in the Abu Dhabi 24 Hours, so he’s extremely experienced in long-distance events.

ANDREAS SIMONSEN

Andreas is one of the younger members of the Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus team. He started racing at home in Sweden but furthered his experience with a season of the FIA GT Series in 2013, and walked away from that with the Pro-Am Cup. In that year, he also raced at the Nürburgring 24 Hours for the first time and he was instantly hooked on the world’s most demanding race.

FRANCK MAILLEUX

Franck Mailleux is a racing driver with a vast amount of GT experience. Born in Saint-Malo in France, he has contested the world famous Le Mans 24 Hours six times and has also raced at the top levels of junior single-seaters, as well as being a Volkswagen factory driver at the Nürburgring 24 Hours. His journey with Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus began in 2015 and the progress made was shown in the final VLN race of 2015, when Franck raced the SCG003C with his team-mates to second position.

FRANCK MAILLEUX

THOMAS MUTSCH

German driver Thomas Mutsch has been racing since 1995. He’s met considerable success, and remained a winner after switching from single-seaters to GT cars. As well as competing in endurance championships all over the world, Thomas has starred at Le Mans, sharing a Ford GT1 with Formula 1 driver Romain Grosjean. Thomas won his class at the Nürburgring 24 Hours in 2008 and 2009, underlining his specialist knowledge of his local circuit.

JEFF WESTPHAL

American driver Jeff attended the prestigious Skip Barber Racing School at Laguna Seca in California in late 2005. He finished second on his race debut the following year, and went on to finish 14 of his first 17 races in the top five. A stint in the Pacific F2000 series resulted in his first championship and by 2009 he was racing in the 24 Hours of Daytona. He’s frequently raced in the United Statesbased Grand Am series and the United SportsCar series, and won two events in the GTD class of the United SportsCar series in 2014. Jeff’s years of driving in competitive machinery means he has built up a wealth of experience of racing GT cars that will be invaluable to SCG as it aims to win the Nürburgring 24 Hours.
